The Gift of Grace was created to help provide financial support to women in a crisis pregnancy. Birthright never wants to see a woman put a dollar sign on her baby's life.

A recent newspaper article stated the percentage of women choosing abortion has increased due to the current recession. Women who had planned on having their babies and had begun prenatal care suddenly had an abortion because of financial reasons. Birthright believes "It is the right of every pregnant woman to give birth, and the right of every child to be born."
